I like to write funny characters who do embarrassing things. Mostly because then I'm just writing about myself. I do embarrassing things all the time, and I sometimes think like a twelve year old boy (per my husband...Thanks, hon!).
What characters are the most fun for you to write?
I’m a fun-loving foster and adoptive mom juggling a teenager, a tween, and a toddler, all while navigating the wild world of homeschooling. I recently took the plunge and moved to a new state without ever setting foot there—talk about an adventure! This is my real-life story, filled with chaos and joy. My mission? To swap out traditional products and pharmaceuticals for healthier, natural options for my family. Oh, and I really miss writing, so I'm excited to weave that back into my life!

I used to be so afraid of writing something horrible, that I wouldn't write anything at all. I'd have a half-hour or so to myself ...

fairies...I don't know why but I love them, and strong leading females with baggage
Same here! I like fun characters who do embarrassing things too--or at least get themselves into embrrassing situations. :)
I really like to write about heroes. Complex heroes, heroes who have to make really hard decisions. Why? Because I'm morbid. :D Mwahahaha!
I like putting my characters in embarrassing situations, especially the sarcastic ones... oh and the ones who can laugh at themselves. I was never that way growing up. Embarrassing situations mortified me. I am so thankful that I grew out of that!
You got my with Goofy! Had to click...i love all things Disney!! :)
I have to say, I love writing a sassy character...one who says what's on her and and does what she wants...with no mind to what others think. In other words....I enjoy writing a character who is the opposite of me.
I have lots of characters that I like to write. I like my fighter pilots quite a bit.
I may be strange, but I love writing about villains. I like making them say and do things that I would never do.
I love to write characters that take me out of myself like villains, heroes, warriors, and yes, second bananas.
I like to put my characters in a variety of situations and see how they get out of it or learn and grow as characters. Yeah, I like to torture them, I guess.
